8/2: We've got a HUGE update for you!! We've been working
on the new album and have just put up some brand new ear
candy for you on the MUSIC page. After a long wait, two
new songs have been posted in a new streaming player so
that you can get even more HOLLOWSHELL headbanging!!

4/13: Finally!! The announcement that you've been waiting
for!! HOLLOWSHELL is scheduling shows to get out and play
the new tunes!! The first show has been updated on the TOUR
page. We'll be playing at the Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana on
June, 22nd with MSG and George Lynch which will awesome
to have them as our special guests that evening. More shows
are being scheduled and will be announced soon!! Rock on!!

3/7: Holy crap, it's been a while but you're going to LOVE
this update. HOLLOWSHELL is now featured as bumper
music on the Tom Leykis Show!! You can listen to the show
locally in the LA/OC are at 97.1 Free FM or by going to
www.971freefm.com and click on "Listen Now" between 3
and 8 pm, PST. Thanks Dino, you rock!!

11/29: Well, hell everyone, how's it going?! We've been
crammed away in our little rehearsal studio pounding out the
new tunes, and we have to say that it's some absolutely
amazing stuff that you all are going to love! We had lots of
songs to choose from, and think we've picked out the ones
that will be on the album. As for the others, well you just
might hear a few of them the next time you're at a
HOLLOWSHELL show. More info will come of the album
tracks soon! See you on the road!

5/22: Garrett Barry 1980-2006
We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of good friend
and former Hollowshell guitarist Garrett Barry. Our
condolences go out to his family and friends. He will live on
through his music.

4/21: Just a quick update for you all. Tickets for our May 31st
show at The Galaxy are now available for online purchasing via
the Calendar page!

4/10: Time for a killer update! Hollowshell is excited to
announce, first off, the addition of bass player Aaron Bright to
the lineup, and second, the return of Tom Chandler back to the
group. We're incredibly excited to be back into full swing again
and the new music is flowing like never before. Can't wait to see
you all at the show!

3/16: Alright everyone, just a few few quick updates for you. First,
there are some new pix on the PIX page from our show at the
Galaxy on Dec 4th (finally!). Second, another show has been
added at The Galaxy on May 31st with rock monsters FATES
WARNING!!! Tickets will be available online very soon at the
TOUR page. This will be a night of new HOLLOWSHELL music
so dont miss it!!

2/2: It's been a hectic beginning to the new year but here's an
update for everyone. Unfortunantly Drew Boyer has decided to
leave the band in order to pursue career interests elsewhere. In the
meantime HOLLOWSHELL is still working on new music and
looking for another bass player to get back to playing and writting
with. If you are interested in auditioning please use the CONTACT
page to get a hold of us. We'll see you guys with some all new
music very soon!!

12/8: We wanted to take a second and thank all of you that made
it out to the Galaxy show on Sunday. The energy was amazing and
the crowd was roaring. Hopefully we'll be able to hit the stage there
again very soon. For now it's time for us to hit the shed and crank
out some new tunes. We debuted "Time" which is a new song that
we've been playing around with for a while now and we're itching to
get some of our other songs in your head at the beginning of next
year. Can't wait to see you all rockin' out again!

10/13: Alright! For all of you that have been waiting diligently, the
TOUR page has been updated with 2 new shows, including a show
where we are once again honored to open up for KING'S X (and we
have a discounted price on tickets!). Be sure to stay tuned for more
tour dates coming to your local area!

10/3: Hello hello from HOLLOWSHELL! We've got some great
things going on right now. First off ROBERT has recovered quite
well from his shoulder surgery and is playing amazingly well. He's
given us all a new dedication to this music because of his
perseverance to play again in only 6 weeks despite a shoulder
problem that could have taken him out for months.

Also, we are proud to announce the addition of our new bass player
DREW to the lineup! More information about him will be posted on
his page very soon but we are all increadibly excited to get out play
some shows now and rock some lame asses all over this great land
of ours. Look to see HOLLOWSHELL playing in a town near you!!

And if you're a MySpace-er don't forget to come to our page HERE
and become a friend for more updates and some new music that's
on it's way!!

We also give a special thanx to all of you who are stopping by after
hearing our guitar player CHRIS talk to KEVIN AND BEAN this morning

8/12: Alright everybody, we've got an update on Robert's surgery.
He didn't have a torn rotator cuff as was expected, but there was
some damage to a tendon and they had to reattach his bicep in the
correct spot. If you want to check out pictures of it click here for
pictures of the tendon (which looks like frayed nylon in the first picture),
and here for pictures of the bicep (you can see where the suture is
going through the muscle in the second picture). WARNING: these
pictures are not super graphic but probably not for the squeamish!

We'll keep you all posted on any more news and we should have
some exciting new updates coming in the next fews weeks!

8/11: Holy crap it's been a while, but we just wanted to let you know
what's going on with HOLLOWSHELL this summer. It's been a
summer of auditions for us as we search for the new members to join
us in our writing and touring process. Our new material has really
breathed some new life into us and we can't wait to get out on the
road and play it for you!

As a further update though we will not be out touring until later
this year as Robert is undergoing surgery today to repair a torn
rotator cuff in his right arm. He'll be out of commission for at least
a few weeks before he can start playing again but we've still got plenty
of writing work to do in the meantime while he's taking it easy. If you
get a chance, send Robert an email wishing him luck and a quick
recovery. There are also a couple new updates made to Robert's
gear on his personal page here. Thanx everyone for your support and
we will have some new site updates in the near future. \m/

4/21: Well, we are back to the auditioning process once more to find
a second guitar and bass player for the band. If you are interested in

3/17: St. Patrick's Day Update!! Regretfully, Daniel Stonebraker had to
leave HOLLOWSHELL a few weeks ago to pursue a new career opportunity.
We in the band wish Daniel the best in all his future endeavours.

Also I've tossed up a couple new pictures on the PIX page, and if you haven't
noticed already all the Power Tabs that will be available are loaded up on the
ALBUM page (I'll see about getting the bass tabs done soon too).

12/20: Power Tabs of our songs from Ever Falling Sky are being added
to the ALBUM page!! "Invocation" and "Wait" are the first two and more will
be coming very soon, just follow the ALBUM link. Now you too can learn to
rock like Hollowshell!!!

12/9: DIMEBAG DARRELL 1966-2004
We are all stunned and horrified by the senseless death of former
Pantera guitar player "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. We here in Hollowshell
found great musical inspiration in Dimebag and all the ripping guitar he
brought to us. Our hearts truly go out to Dime's friends and family as
well as those who lost their lives in the meaningless rage that occurred
last night. We hope that one day we can move past pointless violence
like this, but for now we just want to say thank you Dime, and rest in peace.

11/10: "Ever Falling Sky" is now available to purchase at our Album

11/4: Christian and Daniel's pages have now been updated with

10/28: The website is up and running in full swing again.
We will have more information on our new band mates posted
